Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls regarding orders, delivery, returns, and refunds
• Check system data and provide accurate order updates
• Register complaints and raise service tickets
• Maintain proper call documentation
• Meet quality and productivity targets
Who Can Apply E-commerce Customer Support jobs in Katni?
